HOWEVER, he does indeed have DOTA 2 in his inventory (and it's tradable), but I'd suggest only trade with him through the trade window. Both of you should be safe if you stay within the trade window.

Edit: Guys, I've seen his inventory, he does indeed have the games, but only DOTA 2 is tradable, so I'd advise extreme caution trading for Valve Complete Pack. Again, if you stay within the trade window things should be fine. Everyone deserves a second chance and I'm willing to give him his this time.

Proper trading etiquette = once you accept an offer, you make the trade.
Asking for additional items once the items are on the table is equal to a "bait and switch" - which is illegal in most countries.

You haven't convinced me, but given the fact that your inventory does hold DOTA 2 tradable (I've seen it, it's legit) makes me think that a trade is possible here, but given your reputation I'd only advise using the trade window with him.
And yes, I've seen you for days here and I've seen you OBVIOUSLY scamming (putting different threads up for DOTA2, MW3, etc. at the same time with different inventory pictures). However, again, stay within the confines of Steam trade and you should be fine trading with him for DOTA 2.
