Your steam gift inventory is not public if you have one when you meant by CSS not being available.

Are you able to see all the items and do you want anything?

PermalinkOkay, just checking. Anyway I am interested in the Bills and the metal. Everything in my inventory is available except literally the first two rows and Spec Ops: The Line.
