Any way to report someone?

I just got scammed out of my tradeable version of Defiance which I used to own... Now I have nothing :( Anyways I was curious if there was a way to report the guy who scammed me, as I am pretty pissed right now.

EDIT: He promised me a key for Tomb Raider 2013 but then deleted me after words. He had almost all positive rep so I trusted him and now I have learned never to trust someone who trades keys.. >:(

The only real proof I have is my chat with him, which is good enough proof in itself honestly

if you TRADED him the game you can view it in trade log.
