For instance, if you want me to buy item from the market that cost 10 USD, then you have to give me something that cost 1.95 USD so i can sell it and get 1.50 USD after fees, which will cover fee after re-selling item for 10 USD
This is because I don't want to get scammed/trolled If you got alot of rep, then you don't have to cover anything.
