I can get it for around $15 (plus the PP fee) from a few sites I've used before.
So... the most I would pay would be around 12-14 here, and use friends and family (thus no PP fees for either party)

The only way this makes sense for me, is to offer you exactly $13 USD, plus .99 cents for the PP fee.
According to Paypal, they will take (charge me) $0.99 cents.
By sending you $13.99 USD (to cover that fee), this leaves you with exactly €11.38 (Euros)
