Wow .....This is a whole new level of scamming....This makes every person Buying keys for PP a Potential Scammer...messed up
This has been able to be done for years, I'm surprised it doesn't happen more often considering the number of times I've been scammed through this very method.
i make a question to PP support when i calling to them...
"so if i use a proxy to pay i'll get the service and don't need to pay"
the answer
"maybe once you can do that, but we check all informations we got on ours systems to try block this actions"
so.... don't have nothing to do...
And you can actually see all your keys in his inventory.....+ 10 more keys i think he must have scammed of someone else
Já aconteceu algo parecido comigo, por isso não uso Paypal, aqui no Brasil é um LIXO! Não tem opção de pagamento pessoal, as taxas são altas e você sempre se ferra.
Junte todas as informações (imagens, links e etc) e reporta ele aqui steamrep.com
acho q é uma conta só com isso, ele tinha 1250 horas de CS jogadas, só troquei por isso, liguei no PP e o que me explicaram que vender itens de jogo é como vender um serviço e no caso de comprador falar que não receber geralmente ele perde a ação, mas como ele disse q foi outra pessoa quem fez o pagamento ele ganha, porém eles verificam os acessos a conta...

People always should use method: "Family and friends" payment. This type of payment is fine, buyer cant refuse / cancel the paymet, so is secure for seller.
because i thinked it was safet when they send money first ^^
before the Steam block trade keys with chinese guys i do it more than 30 times / day, i have 4 accounts only to can resell keys at marketplace because got a 24hours limit to buy / sell things with our wallet money....
so, now i wait for 48hours to have PP support with new buyers..., or send me using wester union, in few minutes i can receive the money at my bank account....

it can only be removed if he uses a proxy to make purchases because paypal saves IP from consistant older purchases so if it changes ip addresses it will take it as a unauthorized.
yes, i said it to paypal support when i said about the time between he sent me the money and block it....

1 minute after i send the keys he block the payments and said "unauthorized payment", so paypal remove it from my account less than 12 hours after...
Gifts from paypal can be removed too if it's a unauthorized payment!!!
