nah, its not region locked and in russia its about 19$ converted so I think I rather see if I can copy from there

Just to give you a heads up, RE Revelations itself is not region locked but it's not giftable from RU, just like with Tomb Raider. You won't find it that cheap unless you maybe find a key.

examples (Jurassic Park recently 7.50 usd (could have sold 4 keys to easily get that), sine more was 2.50 on gamefly, and xcom is selling 5-6 keys on tf2outpost, garry mod 1-2 keys on tf2op)
