Is GW's copy your own and you would absolutely guarantee that it works without any issues later? Also, is it NA/EU or just EU region?
I figured it was a matter of forgetting about it more than anything, and it doesn't hurt to follow up and double check.
Guild Wars 2: Heroic Edition is from the Yogscast Bundle on Humble Bundle. It indicates that it would be a code activated through NCsoft. So, as far as I would expect, there shouldn't be any issues with it now or later. I see nothing that shows it's region locked.

I didn't get what you meant by it was my own at first, my bad. Yes, it's my personal code, I didn't trade for it. It was bought in North America. I just mentioned the issue of countering in case you wanted to make a different offer is all, but if you have no reason to object, I'm ready to make this trade as is.

I can guarantee its valid, I got it for myself from another trader, but gave up. It should be ROW

If you got it from another trader as a Steam key already (and not as a gift link which you redeemed for yourself), and it's "should be ROW" instead of definitely ROW, I don't think that'd be a good trade for me. Will pass if that's the case, as you can't guarantee workability of something since you got it elsewhere and not by yourself.
I got it from a guy who never once gave me a bad key, i've got around 50 games from him. I'm pretty sure its working just fine.

With no prices listed I would imagine most people would offer around what the bundle split for, with maybe a bit extra. If my offer was too low - how about saving some time and just saying what you want for them?
First, please refrain from making advices like that - it's ultimately up to thread's creator in which way he is willing to trade (not even to mention the fact I prioritize games is written here, so it's obvious there wouldn't be any prices) and what rules to set.
Secondly, the most common thing - no one forces you to negotiate if you don't like something.
And thirdly, why do you expect people to "sell" games for split or nearly split prices on a trading site, then complaining as they don't like your offer? You should go to places like Group Buys group on Steam or else.

The only game that'd work versus DC is Virtua Tennis, but you won't trade for it so cheers.
virtua is worth atleast twice what DC is worth, so I would definitely lose out in that trade

Like I said, Virtua is the closest game in value. Which means there is nothing in that list you could possibly counter with. And I know it's worth more while I never mentioned I'd trade it one for one too.
