well yeah, if you have a russian trader. I'm just matching the russian gift price with the steam key.
Don't see any point why tradeable > steam key if you're gonna use it yourself. Also the russian can chargeback meanwhile the steam key is directly from groupees so chargeback is not possible anymore.
