I can second this.
I've been scammed for a F.E.A.R 3 key by this user.
He obtained it, tricking me to go first by impersonating a +200 Rep profile.
Now he is giving negative rep to everyone he scammed.
This user should be banned from existence. Please be careful.
You can check his method of action here, where the chat log was uploaded by an user who was scammed before me (I've contacted him to check after seeing the rep he left him)

Why don't block see user profile from this site for only logged users? this can lower the scammers

Today I've accepted 2 of friend request just to tell me that I've got an impersonator for fake steam keys, wallet codes and other !!

He is adding a lot of people and he changes her steam name and picture from some one on this page
So please be careful who you are trading with, and please make sure it's the real person that you are dealing with.
