You are unable to give someone a bundle URL or something with claimed keys, as it must be activated to claim them, hence cant be passed on. What i suggest doing is getting normal BTA-Bundle, then trade off all the keys. That would be my best suggestion.

If you are interested, I have HIB A5 giftable URL's so you could activate one to use on your android device on your account. It contains Beat Hazard, Dynamite Jack, Solar 2, Nightsky HD, Splice, Crayon Physics Deluxe and Sword and Sworcery EP. It doesnt contain DDC and Super Hexagon. Let me know if you are interested. :)
