Lowest price possible would be 1 tf2 key + 1.5 ref (that's basically what I pay on steam). So since I don't want ref, the best I can do is 1 tf2 key + 1 tod =/. You can also give me 2 capsule key + 1 tod, that's even a bit lower than 1tf2+tod depending when you buy them. Or you can try to find for 1 tf2 key + 2 ref or 1 tf2 key + 3 ref (despite this is worth the same as 1 tf2 + tod), that's possible to find =).

I see what you mean. But you won't find for 1 TF2 key I think =X. I don't pay 1 TF2 + 1.5 ref either if you consider the price this way. I pay approximately 1 TF2 + 0.3 ref. But you need to consider also the 15% steam takes when you sell the keys back to the market. Selling the keys back is required to keep trading. If I'd just keep the keys to myself, I'd soon be out of money in my wallet. So for RUB you'd have 1 TF2 Key ~= 8 ref, but to get 8 ref you'd need to sell 9.4 (0.85*9.4 = 8), so 1 TF2 + 1.4 ref. @edit and I don't pay in RUB, I pay in R$, it's $0.06 more expensive... not that it should make much difference.
Thank you for all the information. As you can see I'm new on the Steamtrades and every piece of information about how it works it's important for me. I'll ask you in the future for and offers but in this case Alice is not a deal :)
I get it =). Glad you understand my point too. Alice is not worth trading if you pay 2.49 euros. It is worth trading if you pay $4.99 (like ppl from USA).
In cases like yours, I'd just buy it directly from Steam if I didn't have the keys already, or trade for the keys if I already had them and would rather spend the keys than the wallet money... That's a really low price game, it's hard to negotiate =/.
