about a year ago someone tried to scam me and we reported the guy. They told me altough they believe i was innocent they could'nt remove bad rep. I 'm not sure what happend in the mean time because the rep dit go away but only after a while.
"Keep spamming" implies that you have already been spamming support which will more than likely not help your case at all, also looking at the two negative reps you got neither were over scamming, meaning they were more than likely down to your personality or the way you acted when trading with people so you might just have to live with it.
I only put in one ticket so that "keep spamming" part was just poor wording. And I'm not the one with the bad attitude if you could believe it. Some of these people lose their shit just for turning down an offer with a "no thanks, not interested in that game." http://i.imgur.com/gvEfhIf.png
EDIT: In context I wasn't a Mother Theresa but I wasn't about to be fooled by someone like him especially when he starts to go bananas.
As long as you have pictures you shouldn't really have a problem then, not sure why he would bother giving you -rep especially if you didn't end up trading for anything... some people.
It could take a while, but they will get to it eventually. The problem is there a limited number of support personnel and there are a large number of support tickets to deal with.
PS: revenge rep will only harm you, I suggest you delete it.
I received two negative reps from people who were just juvenile and upset over me not accepting their offers. I've entered a support ticket well over two weeks ago and so far no response or sign that it will be fixed. How long does it usually take? Should I just spam support or a mod until it's done?
