If you're going to be buying Papers, Please off Steam at full price, and you happen to have and don't mind paying using PayPal, buy the Humble Store version which comes with a DRM-free URL as well as a Steam key. When you buy the humble version it comes with basically two copies. He's willing to give you a TF2 key for the URL copy and you keep the steam key, all for $10

Because I don't have PayPal, and I don't mind DRM-free versions unlike some people. Also, who wouldn't want a (pretty much) free TF2 key with their purchase of Papers, Please for Steam? :P
