also is there a difference in getting things from the russian store vs the N.american?
I can't sell Payday 2 for any lower than 9 keys :) And no, there's no difference between the games. They are just usually cheaper in russian store. Also, some games in Russian store might be region restricted (like Borderlands 2 or GRID 2), I don't trade theese of course.
