Not necessarily, scam can be also with expensive offers. If the seller has good feedback should not be any problem. Actually, I have to say I rejected an offer for 18 keys a few weeks ago from one user with good feedback.
Anyway, I don't think we reach an agreement. I find too expensive the price you sugested me first (around 30 CS:GO keys :S), and if you are getting games from G2A and HB I imagine I'd have to pay almost the price of the physical copy I can find on the stores of my country (50€). And to be honest I'd prefer to get this one.
