Also you have nothing but bundle games but are asking for non bundled AAA tiered stuff.
Since you are new I am guessing you are just not used to trading and pricing. I would suggest you download enhanced steam plugin so you can keep track of bundles and prices.
Also steam does allow steam gift str8 trading. But you don't have any yourself.
Bottom line is no one will offer you a 30 dollar gift season pass for a bunch of games you can get all at once for 12 dollar in a bundle....

As for the pricing, Valkyria Chronicles is NZ$ 34.95 3DMark is $29.99. There is no huge price gap there.

You may be using Enhanced Steam but its quite obvious you aren't using it right. Valkyria Chronicles is in the current humble bundle monthly which was 12 dollars total. It is in the bundle with 5 other games , most decent and worth it. The game is valued at around $2.50 now because of it and there are plenty of people in Steamtrades with them at that price or even lower.
Now 3DMark has been on sale before but only once and it was in 2013. So you might get lucky if there are people still with it but based on how long ago the sale was , don't expect it to be at sale price. But it shouldn't be at full price either prolly.

1: I request -- I would very much prefer it this way, but it isn't set in stone.
2: I'm happy to do my best to show you I do have the items beforehand -- Means I'm happy to try to do my best to prove I have them, par actually handing them over so they can be "tested" before an agreement (If I'm gifting on Humble bundle I don't even get to see the keys).

So, I've just got a new graphics cards and have set my eyes on 3DMark to do benchtesting, however my wallet is looking worse for wear,

I just got Fallout 4, so I've got the goal of also getting the season pass at some point, and this might help.
