I have 50% off on many tier 1 games. Like PUBG etc (key)

I want...

GTA V (steam), Middle-earth: Shadow of War, Forza Horizon 3

I went to allkeyshop.com and went to buy Steep for steam. At allkeyshop it said it was a steam key, but the shop it linked me to apparently I bought a uplay key. They wouldn't refund me since I had revealed the key. But gave me 50% off on anything in their shop. Tell me what you want and I buy for a good deal for one of the games I want.

Why you dont just get the games you want for -50% ( e. g. GTA V) ?
