I accidentally bought a key from the wrong region and now the code is of no use to me, I am looking to recover what I spent to buy the one from my region.

Isn't it global though? Should be able to activate if it is (I'm guessing it's ROW)
Also what would be your offer?

The key ended up being ROW, it's practically useless to me. And on the recommendation of a friend, my offer would be 16tf2, with that I could buy the key for LATAM (the region I should have bought)
