i dont think you agree to trade the game first and we pay u later, and if we pay first, u no give us the game.... this is a biggest problem among trading. what do u think?
All I can say is look at my feedback here and on my Steam profile wall. It is all positive and no negative. You will also see that many of the +reps are from respected traders with lots of trades, not alt-accounts or nobodies.
I respect your trepidation about going first, but, considering that you have no rep, I would expect you to go first. Other people with more rep than I who feel uncomfortable going first, I would be willing to go first for them.
