Well BF3 has been on sale for $10 plenty of times, and it's not steam tradable, so you will probably not get anywhere near Dishonored for it.
I am aware of that, hence why I also said Offers. I have seen people get good value on Borderlands and that has been 8 bucks before. BF3 is back to $40 right now and Dishonored is 30 on sale so it might tickle someone's fancy. Otherwise I will take what I can get.
