Problem with stem support !!!! :/ Any help ????

i reacently got alerted for no reason i contacted support and had this conversation :

i was online when suddenly a pop up window appeared saying :

This account has been flagged by Steam Support for violations of the Terms of Service Agreement. Purchasing, gifting, trading, buying and selling items on the Community Market, and cd-key activation have been disabled.

Account functionality has been restricted.

I didn't do anything so can anyone please fix this thing for me ??

i just bought COD ghosts and i can't install it :/

i didn't violate the terms of service agreement

and please answer me as fast as u can .

In order to investigate this issue, we must verify your ownership of the CD Key.

Please handwrite your Support Ticket Number 4182-WRKL-8893 directly on the quick reference card or sticker above the CD Key (the number should not be written on a separate piece of paper or inserted with an image editor) and reply with a digital photo or scan of the CD Key in .jpg format. Please ensure that you submit a full-color image, rather than a photocopy.

If you have any difficulty locating the CD Key on the packaging, please see the following link:

Note: Please use a pen with permanent ink and avoid marking over the CD Key code.

What CD key ??? my account got alerted for no reason i don't know what we must verify your ownership of the CD Key mean ???

Can u guys help me without the auto machine thing i thing this have nothing to do with me getting alerted and deprived from activating my

gifts and trading and stuff like that . And as for COD GHOSTS , it's a gift in my inventory not a CD key

Anyway Can you guys help me out be taking this alert down ?? :/ i sware i didn't do anything wrong

i m sorry i don't have Any papers because i got all of them from internet and keys offered by friends and i think i m saving some of them as a proof :

Zombie Shooter Steam Game : XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

Gumboy Crazy Adventures Steam Game : XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

And as u can see the rest of it is all from bundles and very easy to get so i traded them for tf2 items .

i m sorry if u found any suspicious activities but i really don't think i did anything wrong and i really would aperciate if u can give me access to my account back

what does this mean ?? i only made few trades and i traded some people they gave me tf2 or dota 2 items and i gave them some keys

from the new bundle . :/ i m really sorry but i didn't scamm or hijack another user's account in Team Fortress 2/Dota 2 or in any other thing

i just bought 2-3 bundles and trade them with people for items :/ i really don't know if any of the items i traded are stolen

Please how can i kow anyway ??

Help me ... i just need my account back i won't risk my account for some cheap stolen items anyway i can give them back to however is their owner

but i really didn't steel or scam any thing . i owned them by buying them please help me i didn't steal any item i can't do that :/

All what i really need is get access to my account and i really won't trade anymore unless with trusted high leveled people

i didn't not steel anything i just made trades and got alerted this is not my fault

All the items i got i traded for them and i didn't violate the Steam Subscriber Agreement i just want my account back u guys have to help me :/ not just
