Looks like Borderlands 2 is going to be 66% off this sale so the Season Pass will likley also be 66% off. Might be worth waiting since it is up for the community vote so could be very soon.

here in brazil you can buy the BL2 (ROW) Season Pass for u$8.00 , but you have to add paypal fees to transfer paypal to brazil. (there is no gift option to brazil in paypal)
