I'm in Europe so RU+CIS locked games are sadly not what I seek.

Well, Masterplan is about half the price of GoT in EUR, so I assume it's fair after all. Correct me if I'm wrong. :D

Some info: Game of Thrones - A Telltale Games Series (RU/CIS) costs 499 roubles, which is less than 10 USD. Masterplan costs 14.99 USD. Also, a person who can play RU/CIS games usually cannot buy ROW games from steam store (they'll turn region locked).
