Alright, that's my budget, the rules are as following;

The cards I'll be buying from you are priced at 0.20gbp (0.30$ exactly) for TF2 (cards I want the most), whilst Portal 2 & HL2 cards are priced at 0.40GBP (0.60$)

This is roughly equivalent to the price on the market, if not more (since steam takes like 15% tax), plus the money is TRAPPED inside your Steam account, whereas it's free to do as you want on your PayPal.

If you have a substantial amount of reputation on this and other sites (please link them if so), I have absolutely no problem going first (usually the rep threshold I'm looking for is >40 positive feedback on this site).

For any successfully done trade, not only will I rep, but I'll also throw in something from my inventory, a surprise item or two, as you can see I'm filled with them.

So yeah, IF YOU DON'T NEED CARDS, AND WANT PP CASH - Feel free to add me and discuss the trade.

I'm interested in buying bulk however, for savings and such (1gbp for 5 TF2 cards, etc).

Seeing how the cards are pretty common for TF2, and the market price is around 0.30$ (0.35$, but due to 15% tax you get like 0.27-8$ in trapped Steam money), I think 1$ is a pretty high amount for a TF2 card, with all due respect.

I would overpay a bit if it were a bulk trade.

I'd do the 8 TF2 cards you have at 0.40ea, therefore 3$.

That's how much they go for on the market anyways.
