Would be OK in general. Dont get me wrong but a private steam page+a new steam account+new to steamtrades+negative rep+ your offer paying Keys for steam awards looks suspicious.
We all start at some point and make mistakes. If nothing new occurs I would trade with you in some weeks.
But for now I would prefer to trade with someone else.
