Hi, the prices are genereally not bound to steam store prices and discounts or for that matter to prices of another traders. Usually if something is on sale, then it's probably cheapest to get them directly from store or traders from cheaper (ROW) stores who are selling on demand. If you got the keys then calculate for yourself if it's cheaper paying with keys to another trader or selling those keys on market for wallet and buying from store. If you don't have keys, then see what buying them costs you in comparison with buying directly from store.
Bottom line, M&B With Sword and Fire costs 2 keys, sale or no sale :)

I don't have positive experience with bundles, since they rarely sell well, that's why i sell them as singles, they sell much faster that way and i get better price than selling as bundle and giving discount for it. But in any case, if you were to buy them all as bundle, it would be 33 keys, i wouldn't go below that.
