Cause otherwise i can buy keys from market , but will have to w8 a week till i can trade them :|
I don't recommend buying keys off the market, If you can, you should buy keys from paypal traders and save your steam wallet for games that are cheaper in your region.
Everything is expensive as fuck in my region tho :)
Im in Eu 2 ... and thats like the most expensive pricess on steam ... even tho the living standart is kinda garbage where i live :P
As for saving my steam wallet ... i get a 20$ steam card every couple months ... so its sort of free money for me .
Cant really afford spending actual money for keys :)

Sorry I couldn't be of any help but some games are cheaper in EU2. If I recall correctly Talos Principle and Dead Space is cheaper EU2. Hope you enjoy Neptunia :D
