  2. Mount it in Daemon Tools or something else.
  3. Run install.
  4. Register game.
  5. Play!

NBA 2k9 was released over the world without keys and it used Steamworks, so they had to do something to it! And they removed CD-Key protection so you can enjoy now NBA 2k9 for free.

P.S.
I'd be glad if someone would give me somthing for this info (even hug).

It may say that your PC doesn't meet minimal reqs for game, you need to get VirtualPC 2007 and install Windows XP on it and activate it from there.

This was known for a long time, and is still considered an exploit. And exploited keys and games aren't allowed here.
