The amount you receive per card will vary depending on how many cards you're selling.
1 - 10 Cards = 0.11 Refined Each
11-25 Cards = 0.155 Refined Each
25-50 Cards = 0.22 Refined Each
50-100 Cards = 0.27 Refined Each
100+ Cards = 0.33 Refined Each.
There will be occasional exception to the above rule. To receive higher amounts of refined metal, each card must be worth appropriate amounts on the Steam Community Market.
