Seems like that guy's from my country. Interesting try, he's already finished his trading career by scamming Rolenta.
You may want to know that when buying keys from Steam market they have a 7 day trade cooldown. So the person you'll trade with would have to wait that much if he/she decides to go for keys.

Then again, you can't know if that someone will actually go for Steam wallet funds. And you can't know if you should buy CS:GO or TF2 keys. Kinda messy situation.
P.S. It's much cheaper to buy keys for PayPal. (I know it's not Steam Wallet, but just sayin') They go for ~1.8$ here on Steam Trades.
P.P.S. CS:GO keys have a 7 day trade cooldown after being traded while TF2 keys don't. So if you buy for PayPal from someone, with CS:GO you'd still have to wait 7 days while with TF2 you wouldn't. c:
I got steam credit as a gift but sadly nothing on steam is catching my eye, I was however interested in Blizzard's game Destiny 2 if anyone would consider doing a trade for CSGO keys?, or I could gift you a game from steam... whichever is better for you.
