[H] Canadian Steam Store (ROW) at cheapest possible price [W] Paypal only

• Verified Paypal only.
• You go first, unless you have a ton of rep, valuable Steam account, etc. If you're not comfortable going first, we can use a Steamrep middleman.
• US Dollar and Canadian Dollar are my preferred currencies. If you're converting your non-USD, non-CAD currency, please convert it to CAD. Either is fine, but CAD is preferable, since I'm likely going to convert it to CAD at some point anyways.
• Please cover any fees.

Prices

Cost in CAD: Multiply the Canadian store price by 0.843.

Cost in USD: Multiply the Canadian store price by 0.725.

Example: Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is $8.49 CAD on Steam. The price for you to buy it is $7.16 CAD or $6.16 USD via Paypal.

You can find the prices of the Canadian store on Steamprices, or you can ask for them.

I am doing this for Paypal only.

For anyone wondering why my prices are so low, here's an explanation:

Buying TF2 keys via Paypal costs roughly $2.09 CAD. Selling them on the market nets me about $2.48 CAD after fees. 2.09/2.48 = ~0.843. The USD price works the same way, but with a $1.80 USD key price due to the difference in values of the currencies.

Essentially, the prices I give are the exact same as buying keys via Paypal, selling them on the market, and then buying the games through the Canadian Steam store, but without the hassle of doing that yourself and with potentially better prices depending on your region. There is absolutely zero profit for me in these sales, I'm only looking to trade Steam wallet for real-world money.
