I can trade you 7 CSGO keys Saturday for Civ 5 complete. I see that the version you have is RU/CIS. Can this be activated in the US and if so can the language be changed to English?

They are the same yes, I think the only difference is that this was added when region lock didn't exist so they created two different steam ids

No restrictions
This is only other package with RU/CIS in name and it can be purchased in this countries, but can be playedactivated anywhere. And are there all languages.
