No problem, thank you for taking the time to reply. May I ask what you mean by accepting PayPal to bring the price closer to your cost? In other words, what's the difference between me paying you with PayPal vs. buying directly through Steam?
I buy many games cheaper from the Russian steam store, and I need to make sure that the money I receive is at least enough to cover the amount that I pay. Some games are also unavailable in some regions, and I'm able to buy it for people who can't for a fee. For example, Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate Edition is unavailable in many countries and Scribblenauts is only available in North and South America, so the only way to get a copy in Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia is to buy a copy from someone here.
Like I say in the OP, paypal only for purchases made specifically for sale. (The offer is too low, anyway, sorry.)
I've sold a couple already at $33 and I was suggested by some people to increase the price a bit because of underavailability. The game itself is $30, I would ask for any more than this, but it's significantly less of a markup than most Russian trader ask for for their games.
So I guess you don't need a Skyrim key :P becaue you already own all bethesda games :).

Not really. Going by RU prices and and the fact that my 2 games don't have a RU price at all. Do your own currency conversion. I'm asking for a bit of profit for the games you may not be able to get regionally, but not that much. My price is 350 rub, which is about $12 or a couple of dollar higher than lowest sale price of my games. Oh and, I'll add SSF4A to the list. Same deal if you want it.
Then you obviously don't have the same import problem - but they do. I'm in the same situation as you. Just pointing out the deal isn't nearly as bad as US prices may seem to make it appear. :)

Would you do it for $1 over the current US price, it's too much of a hassle to grab it from my Russian friend since he may take a few days to grab it. It'd be $7 for the Hexen+Heretic Collection and $6 for the LucasArts Adventure Pack.

I'm having a bit of trouble getting time dependent deals at the moment because my friend (who usually buys the games) is out of town, but I could probably grab a daily deal because it lasts or two days, it'd be $11 for Chivalry.

Sleepings Dogs is RU but it works just fine in Western Europe.
Sleeping Dogs RU keys work fine, but Sleeping Dogs RU copies cannot be purchased as gifts from the steam store anymore, and they're also low violence versions according to the Russian store page, anyway.
Skyrim was unlocked for a while according to the cdr, guess they changed it back, or there was just a lapse when I checked, and I thought I already had F1 2012 there, thanks :)

Sleeping Dogs can't be purchased as a gift in RUssia and BL2 is locked. Skyrim and Dishonored, I think, are also locked, but the cdr and store pages together create a sort of misleading set of information.
