Hmmm, does that just send me a link? I am buying this for a friend, so need to be able to gift it to him somehow afterward. Doesn't have to be tradeable though. Do you know if I add it to my inventory if I can then re-gift it immediately or do I get a 7 or 30 day waiting period? If that will work, then I'll grab it from you.
If you don't have it in your library already, I can send it to your account. You'll just have to click "Add to my Steam Gift inventory" and it will be added to your inventory. From there you can send it to your friend. There are no restrictions to gifting, only trading.
If you do have it already, it's the same except that I send it to your email.
