I have a Majestic Nights Season Pass Gift from the recent Gem Auctions that I didn't end up needing. It's ROW, but not tradeable. I don't know if it ever will be normally tradeable because unlike normal purchases this one has no notice other than "This gift was won in the Holiday Sale 2014 game auction"
