while you go first, you still have to maintain some amount of rep on ST or tf2outpost.
you PayPal must be verified
choose sending money to Friends - family (sic!)
in a comment you should write "This is a payment for a virtual Team Fortress 2 item that I already received and no physical shippment was involved. I am confirming that I received the item and everything was fine so therefore, I will not dispute or chargeback this payment under any circumstances. YourSteamIDHere"

i see you created many threads and you close them when people ask about your paypal comment.you still didnt answer that question.why do we have to say that we got the tf2 keys in the paypal comment when you want us to go first and we didnt get the tf2 keys yet?

who gives a fuck about the comment even if he ask me to put in this is a gift and i don't want anything in return i would do it the lad got 224 rep and he seems like a trusted seller also everyone on steamtrades is asking for the same comment to be posted i might not agree with the whole comment ' i got the item' before you actually got it but this is how he wants it to go then let him do it don't be annoying lads

i get that we pay first with paypal, but why the need to say in the paypal comment that we have already received the items and all is fine, while in fact this is not true?
