You still owe me 2 working BTA Flash bundles. All the keys were Duplicates!!! Also the Civ 4 complete was a Duplicate. If you don't correct this then I will leave negative rep.

He sold u duplicates, well thank you for the heads up skipping this post ^_^

The codes were valid when sent, the fault lies with the person who fails to use them or gives them to someone else. (had at lest 24 hours)

(obviously trying to profit off of another instead of seeking out games for themselves or friends)

The keys were never valid. I did try them for myself. I also learned from others that have gifted URLs from Indie Gala that they can still see the codes after it's gifted. The URL with the codes should be available for me to use at my discretion. Don't tell me it's my fault for not using them right away.

They were indeed.

I had nightstalker watch you and you even tried to trade with him. Your "codes" went to him after the fact of trying to "re-trade" them for your own personal needs. You can ask anyone else, i do not give false codes, ever. :)

Here is more proof then most should need: http://www.galagiveaways.com/GA/937dd9388c9411e2a2b5e3d2dc266818

You're now being reported for stealing codes you traded me.

Stealing codes? I traded you active legit codes which you tried to use for your own needs which you could have activated at anytime. You even had them listed on your profile page.

You can't "trust" codes will remain active after a long period of time, should always activate them asap. :) It's quite interesting the person who you traded my codes with gave you positive feedback. ;)

um.......... "You can't "trust" codes will remain active after a long period of time, should always activate them asap. :)" which means u were still trying to trade them if I read this correctly as it states that code u trade away have a chance (there shouldn't be one) of being used by someone else

I was not trying to re-trade them at all, i just dislike it when people try to abuse a trade, and then trade the codes for personal benefit. :) I've never tried to re-trade anything which I can't be certain is positive or not.

You just said that you "gave" them to Nightstalker after he tried to trade them from me. It's also not up to you what I do with them after I get them and you have no right to take them back after I gave you ALL those games in our HUGE trade.

You should not hold blind faith in re-trading codes. Lesson learned.

My issue is more of the fact that you were trying to trade codes i sent for your personal benefit. Re-trading codes is never a good idea. Neither is holding onto codes you get from others.

I did not break any rules. If anyone did it was you.

while I guess this isn't my fight, I still believe in once u traded something away its their's and they can do what ever they want with it. its like Mc D's if i buy a 2 mcdouble's and I give one to my gf and all of a sudden some fat guy takes the burger does that mean its fair because I want to use my personal benefit of giving my burger to my gf and making her happy. To me (and this is just an opinion it means nothing) I do believe in piecesofmieces point in this.

This has nothing to do with giving. :)

1 decade ago
Permalink

giving in this case means i'm getting a personal benefit from my gf (much like how the person above was getting a benefit from retrading the key) there is nothing wrong with that

1 decade ago
Permalink

and you should not accept a trade, then re trade the keys or URLs after doing the trade. You gave up the rights to those keys/URLs when you accepted the trade, and finalized it. Just because PiecesOfMieces wants to retrade them, does not give you the right to take them back. Keys can be retraded, aslong as they do not get an original trader like you. You have basically scammed how ever many games from PiecesOfMieces, because you didn't like the fact he/she wanted to retrade what you gave him/her. I hope you get banned. You have openly admitted to it in this thread. I have Screenshots of it aswell if it helps him/her.

Actually false, the games she did retain were in fact much more valuable than all the games she traded me. :)

I also did not take an keys back. They were legit, she just failed to use them.(And who knows, maybe 100 people have access to the same key? use your keys, don't hold onto them) It should be a lesson for everyone who knows someone else has knowledge of the same key you have.

Keep in mind, i also traded first. ;)

If I get "banned" it's only because people are "re-trading" keys which makes absolutely no sense from a logical perspective.

" It should be a lesson for everyone who knows someone else has knowledge of the same key you have." then you did just admit again you gave away the same url to people by this statement this is stealing man dont do this :(.

I did not steal, they had the keys they failed to use them. They also had plenty of other keys they did use. Why they did not use them was purely for personal greed.

1 decade ago
Permalink

EVERYONE HAS greed and/or corruption in them this is truly wrong it doesn't matter what people do with what u traded them but with a statement of this "they had the keys they failed to use them", who is "they" as in more than 1 person had access to the keys which means u did re trade them yourself which if u do believe in what u say, you wouldn't have done it in the first place.

I did not "re-trade" codes, i gave them away after 24 hours as far as this trade is concerned. You may ask nightstalker if you like. All free for his findings.

Value has nothing to do with it. you could have traded black ops 2 for super hexagon, if you then decide to take black ops 2 back, after the trade, because it is worth more is not a reason to do it.
You also said you gave them to nightstalker after trading them to PiecesOfMieces. you openly admit to taking them back. You can delete that part now btw, I have the screenshot of it

You know valve doesn't support code trading correct?

Especially when every code Pieces gave me were from a bundle of somesort, likely costing them about $2-10 total, but I did not mind until they started re-trading/selling codes meant to be activated.

I openly admit to having nightstalker watch were the codes ended up and after 24hours they indeed ended up on PiecesOFMieces trading list, and also "traded" with him. They have positive rep on one another's profiles. I do not really know nightstalker, but I appreciated his time in finding this information, and gave him the codes that were failed to be used. (why had they not been used in such a long period of time?) Anyone who keeps codes traded with others in order to self-benefit themselves through trades/sales is a fool.

"i gave them away as far as this trade is concerned." you just admitted u gave away another persons keys from a trade where he gave his/her side of the trade to you (100% I assume) and b/c he/she wanted to retrade them (which is 100% with EVERYONE except you (opinions are fine but this is the real world)) he decided to give random people the profit or keys or whatever that BELONG to the person u traded to this is horrible

You ever heard of a place called steamreps? they work with valve. And you have just openly admitted again to giving nightstalker they codes that PiecesOfMieces did not use.

1 decade ago
Permalink

All the codes you traded me were also from bundles. So they didn't cost you much either. None of this has anything to do with what you did after we traded.

Lies, everything you activated is worth more than what you gave, and you know it. :) just saying.
