Now what?

I dont have anything against Turkey (one of most beautiful countries in the world and I would love to live there :D). I mentioned Turkey becouse I noticed that in their profiles (as all we know you can tag any country you want, so they might be not from Turkey..), but maybe there is some kind of scammers mafia with name - "Turkey" :D so they tags Turkey on they profiles :D

This guy told me that he was giving COD GHOST Gift copy for 14 keys, but his account was new, so It was not a tradable copy until 1st january. It can be only gifted. I saw his profile and comments on steam page plus reps here..It was looking fair. So I told him to go first as he had lower rep. He told me he was recently scammed so he asked me to give 9 keys first then he'd send me a gift of game. After that I should send him remaining keys. I agreed with him and I got the game. But after 1 day, I gifted the game to my brother. Which was removed from his library by steam telling that it was purchased using fake credit card. Now, THis guy isn't accepting my friend request on steam and isn't giving back my 14 keys. THis guy is a damn scammer. Please do something to refund my keys. I am posting the screenshots below.

He sold me Starbound for 3 keys about a month ago. The game worked fine for about 3 weeks, then got removed/rejected from my Steam account. At the time he had only positive rep ratings. Since them he has received 8 negative rep ratings. I should have been more careful because his steamtrades.com account was less than a week old at the time, and he was selling Starbound for cheaper than it has ever gone on sale for... If the deal seems to good to be true, maybe it is! I recommend trading with users with long standing positive ratings, and no negative ratings. I could have probably avoided this scam had I noticed his steamtrades.com account was brand new at the time. Not a big loss for me, but I just wanted to report him here so that others don't get scammed the same way. Also, be careful when trading Humble Bundle gift links! If they were purchased using fraudulent credit card, they can still be removed from your Steam account, even a whole month later!
Lastly, I went and deleted my positive rep, and gave vladik753 negative rep. Vladik753 has since left me negative rep in return... Is it possible to have my negative rep removed?

Well, as far as I know, Batman: AO was 50% off recently and AC IV was 25$ on Amazon, but still that seems far more expensive than 4-5 keys. It's dubious indeed.

Any new game would be like $50-60 on steam but in my country(India) the latest games are available for just $15-20.

There's guy with perfect feedback impersonating user "-b0Ni" (Steam account - on steam trades it's "b0Ni" and that's the source of confusion) - the scammer has no pause at the beginning of steam login, so "b0Ni".
Guy tried to rip me off for steam card - when I asked him to send a part of order for safety measures he assured me he has perfect rep.
Then, when I told him, I know he's not "-b0Ni" he disconnected and haven't heard from him since.
