Most things worth more than the .10-.20 cent range aren't easy to sell, so the actual value is less than the face value. It would depend. Probably not.
Edit: For example, I took a look at the cards you have valued at $0.73, and there hasn't been any sale for more than $0.18. So the price doesn't seem to reflect any actual demand on the market.
