As for now, the keys price is just a constant. However, the plan indeed is to determine it using the actual price from Steam market.

Key prices vary a lot in steam market and actual key price is determined by its sale price (-valve fee), if its constant them you might have to do lot of work yourself :)

Should add a currency like BadRats/each, it might have a more stable value than keys. :)
