from looking at his join date on his steam profile and on steam rep profile, i assume he's had 2 accounts and most of his friends have VAC bans, sorry to hear about the incident, do you have any record of chat history?

I gave him a tradeable full game, and he promest me give Age of Empire 2 HD steam working CD - KEY, but he gave me a fake CD key, and ignored me.
He has puted +rep in his account, but those must be fake.
I lost 20 euros!
