You may want to revise your asking price. Garry's Mod has been down to $2.49 recently and was also part a pack with CS:S for $6.24 total. A Bill's Hat is worth 8 keys, but a B.M.O.C. is worth 18-20. With that is mind, a Mann Co Key has a trade value of up to 2.66 ref or only USD$1.20. SMB has been in bundles, so you may be able to pick it up for Garry's Mod, but as standalone Steam title, it hasn't gone below $3.74.
