Hi, I've registered a PayPal account, but person-to-person money transfer is not permitted from Japan.
Can I pay by Steam wallet code?

Another proposal, I'd like to pay by plus a fee that occurs to you in PayPal.
(If you're living in Turkey, fees for your International transaction: 4.9% transaction fee + 0.45TRY fixed fee)
For instance,10 TF2 Keys for 20 USD + 4.9% + 0.18 USD (0.45 TRY) = 21.22 USD.
In this case, I'll pay you to 21.22 USD through PayPal. Could you please accept my offer?
