This guy bought tf2 keys. After 24 hours he did an unauthorized payment.
Said he was from Spain, but unable to gift in Paypal (personal payments). Asked other people from Spain and said he they could send money as personal payments.
Its possible that he is hacking someone else's Paypal to pay other people.
Be careful.

He said he was goin to pay me again, but he was not responding after 2 weeks since the chargeback. And now I just found out that he removed me in his friends' list.
