Just to help out with some information:
You can check the prices of all country stores at once from steamdb.info
They will also list the price in your local currency or whatever currency you select from the drop down list on the top right hand corner.
Malaysia/Indonesia is usually the cheapest. Sometimes USA happens to be cheaper for some games for whatever reason.

The cut that Steam takes as market fees for keys is 13%. So you take the current key price on the market and multiply it by 0.87 or 87%. As a test, try setting it at 3.00 and it should be 2.61 nett.
