- Game is ROW now, but I recommend to add it to library right after trade, bcz it can be locked later (Witcher 2 is locked). I won't accept gift back, if it'll be retroactively locked later, so buy it on your own risk.

It's unlikely, but I can't guarantee that. Only valve/publishers knows on 100%.
Sorry for the stupid question, but, I suppose it is a Russian Steam Gift, which is still available as ROW but can change in any moment now, if this happens for any chance after activating the game on Steam, will it affect the person? or he will be able to play freely as anyone else?
It's gift from Ukraine steam store, it has now the same id as RU / US / Brazil gifts. And as I already said in this topic, it's unlikely that customer will be affected by lock, if gift will be already activated to library. But I can't guarantee that, bcz only valve/publisher knows on 100%.
