The early unlocks are the most valuable in HB Monthly, that month, that game was one out of TWO early unlocks, because they aren't worth as much as other ones, like ARK: Survival Evolved.

Thats normal price for a Steam Gift copy, yes.
Nobody will pay you full price of it, AND you have a Steam key or HB Gift link for it, wich also decreases the price.
