First: 5 ref are not worth 1 key anymore, and they aren't since a month at least.
Second: The Walking Dead is not worth 1 key. Even in the humble bundle it was beat the average, and you had to paid more than 2$ for it
this site is probaly the most used for make trades of refs and keys , and its says 5 refs=key , also walking dead was for around $4 and now even if this was bta , its considered a bundle game , ok if you dont want trade , just showing 5refs still 1 key lol
