It's possible that he had a banking problem or got the gift from another person himself. But yeah, this is why you should be super careful about trading giftables. If they become revoked Steam will lock down your account for investigation. That never happens with anything you get via Trade Window.

Strange then. A bad tradable usually just disappears with a notice but no lock. Was it a one-sided trade maybe? Did you put anything of yours in the Trade Window when you got this?
no i traded with he a CDKEY. he go first with the game.

Okay, that explains it. When Valve locks accounts for investigation they are looking for the scammers passing their gifts off to accomplices or alts. Since there was no "trade" from their point of view but only a game being passed free from one account to another you got flagged. Not much you can do but let Steam Support take you through account ownership verification process now. It could take a week to a month, because they are slow as fuck. You won't get what you lost back. Sorry.
Actually even if the guy decides to compensate you he won't be able to since you can't trade anymore. And his account is probably locked too now.
i know.. it's not important to get it again. i only want unlock my account for make more trades :| and i know steam support are very slow so i think 1 month for make a new trades with my account e.e
To speed it up a bit, add personal credit card info used to make purchases on your account (just the name on the card and last 4 digits) to your Steam Support ticket. If you have retail box CD keys activated on your account and still have the box, make a photo of the box showing the CD key and a piece of paper with your ticket number in the same picture and attach that to the ticket too. I have traded with he many times and i never got a problem. but in the last trade he give me a revoked game and steam put me an alert on my steam and now i can't trade, Buy and Gift..
he say me to wait for tomorrow and he give me a ''new'' game but he never come to online have 2 days offline..
steam support never responds i can't trade and i never scam the people..
be careful of business with he
if he come to online and return the game to me take away all the bad reputation of he.!
